is pure nature.
It's the world's biggest treasure, and we, the humans, being created from this earth, being part of this earth, are destroying it. We are making profit out of it. Sure, it made our lives easier to invent cars and planes, but do we really need them?
Do we need to exploit all the fossil fuels, all the oil just to drive to our local food store? Nobody goes by bike, nobody walks today. Cars, cars everywhere. I cannot stand them, although I own one as well.
I really wish there was a day being established on which nobody in this world uses a car. Or a bus, a plane or an eletrical bike. Just to save this world a bit..
At least for a moment, at least for a day in the earth's history of 4.6 billion years. At least for a crumb in the world's life, it is safe in ecological means.

You're right. It's our own selfishness keeping us from changing too. That is why I recycle, try to make art and usable things from things instead of throwing it away, and bike as much as possible. PS: Beautiful photo.
