First I'll say I love the shot - I've never managed to get such a cool shot of a snowflake myself and admire your effort.
Here goes.....
The lighting is a little low in the shot and could have been easily increased in Photoshop or any other editing software. I love the depth of field although I find my eyes constantly being drawn to your signature watermark which would of been placed better near the edge of the photo. As for the snowflake itself I noticed that your camera has focused slightly to the right of it. In order to pull attention to the flake I may of tried reducing the clarity of the wool in Photoshop and adding a little sharpening to the flake itself. I would of also liked to have seen the flake in the right hand corner but that is just personal preference.
